The Commercial Transaction Framework™ engineers the financing transaction before execution begins, establishing the agreed commercial objectives, financing structure, governance framework and contractual architecture required to deliver the transaction with certainty.

Once embodied within the Transaction Documents, beginning with the Commercial Transaction Agreement, the financing transaction is fully constituted. From that point forward, the OVO Operating System™ executes, administers and delivers the agreed transaction in accordance with the contractual architecture established at inception.
